All legal matters concerning CommunityXO are governed by the laws of India. The courts of competent jurisdiction in Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of or in connection with the use of the CommunityXO platform.

8. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising from or in connection with your use of CommunityXO shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation by contacting us at hello@communityxo.com.
If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be referred to binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 of India. The seat of arbitration shall be Mumbai, Maharashtra. The language of arbitration shall be English.
